Roland Castaneda is the President of the Cyber Law Consortium. Mr. Castaneda’s interest in Information Technology began in college and led to graduation with concentrations in Computer Science, Political Science, and Sociology. Upon graduation, in 1969, Mr. Castaneda joined the UNIVAC Division of Sperry Rand with responsibilities in military operations in San Antonio, Texas.

In 1974, Mr. Castaneda graduated with a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

In 2004, Mr. Castaneda retired from the full-time practice of law and now devotes all of his time to a variety of business ventures and social-impact organizations.
